According to the article "A man puts kitten in a bong says he meant no harm". A man in Nebraska said in order for the little kitten to be calm he would put it in the bong. If you don't know what bong mean it's whats weed smokers smoke out of. He said he didn't mean any harm towards it. Now he's facing charges against that.


This is one of the reasons why i don't understand he could of looked up how to calm a busy kitten down. Its a kitten it's just started to find itself. It's like your telling me if they had a baby they would blow smoke in the baby face to calm the baby down from crying. Nelgect can be pervented

As i continue to do my research I still don’t believe y people do the things they do to animal. Due to my love for animals I can not picture myself doing any harm to animals and I would not want to be around some one who does. There are a lot of animals that’s going through terror and abuse and neglect and torture they need some one to love and care for. Put yourselves into an animal shoes may-be you see and understand that’s it’s not the right thing to do. This topic goes unnoticed until it’s too late. Neglect Could be easy taken care of and it’s done unintentionally. According to my research Neglect and animal cruelty usually go hand in hand. Man pleads no contest to animal cruelty

According to the article, “Man pleads no contest to animal cruelty”, by Gazette News Services. A retired doctor is being accused of abandoning 12 puppies at a dump site in Somers has pleaded no contest to felony aggravated cruelty to animals. They changed his sentence to a probation sentence. Only 2 out the 12 puppies survived the were found at a dump site.

I do not agree with this at all I feel that people don’t treat animals they way they should. Pet are suppose to be treated as property to keep away from danger not to be treat badly in there own home. People should treat their pets as they treat their kids and if they treat their kids wrong then they don't need to be taking care of kids......animals are important.

the texas animal cruelty laws

As I continue to inform myself about this topic about the cruelty to animals I begin to realize that it’s a really big deal I mean I always felt that it was a serious deal but according to Texas laws you shall not endanger animals. In the state of Texas legislature recently passed in 2001 a set of laws that governs the keeping of dangerous wild animals.

Criminal cruelty laws are written to protect “every living dumb creature” or “every living vertebrate, except humans.” In one case a homeless cat was beating with a baseball the cat had a name and a owner but the cat wasn’t protected by this law because he wasn’t captured.


I don't understand why is that the owner let him roam no 1 searched for the kitty. Though the cat had a owner i feel that the owner should be punish or get some type of rights taken from her. She was suppose to protect it and take care of it pet. When a pet runs off /away a missing pet report should be put out. know if you show a sign that you don't care then you should get some type of rights taken away.

Accorrding to the article by Andrea VanValkenburg indicates that two people from SARANAC helped rescue 400 animals that were neglected. The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals said that the raid that had occured that day was the largest because it domestic to exotic animals.


I don't underdtand what do people get from this type of activity and treating these animals like that. I hope and wish that every body thats engaging in these activities should suffer the consequences for there actions. this is not right i feel bad for animals and one day i'll own my own Animal shelter and will care for these animals and love them the way they are suppose to..

just something that bothered me

i was watching the news the other night and they brung up a topic similar to my blog. it was about how a man got put in jail for keeping roosters hostage In an apartment because roosters are not allowed in New York so that is a crime. Then the person kept them hostage to decapitate them and make them fight other birds. It was sad how one man was like that apart of his culture, I am assuming that he is Latin because he had an accent. There were so many rooster in 1 apartment I don’t understand how that was even allowed in there im guessing he snuck them in there but they make noise. Im just happy that it was brought to some ones attention and some one is doing something about it.


i know alot of people are like theres alot of other important issues to be worrying about but like it or not animal or human too. They have lives and since they can't function like human they are smart and one way or another they do know when they are not being treated like they are suppose to. It hurts me to see these things going on in the world and what ever i can do to help i will.
